Renamed MemoryLeakTracker[.hpp|.cpp] to MemoryManager[.hpp|.cpp]
Added MemoryManager::GetAllocatedBlockCount()
Added MemoryManager::GetAllocatedSize()
Optimized MemoryManager (no longer allocates a time buffer)
