Added IsTypeSupported static method
Renamed [Disable|Enable|Get]Attribute to [Disable|Enable|Get]Component
Removed GetAttributeSize static method

-VertexMapper:
Renamed GetAttributePtr method to GetComponentPtr

Lynix 70e1327071 Reworked VertexMapper to make it way more generic 
Will work with any attribute and vertex declaration
